My brother and I had visited Carnegie Post Acute Care at Princeton and we were both very impressed. We are looking for a long term facility for our mom and this facility has everything that we are looking for. They have a very caring and thoughtful staff. Elisabeth gave us the tour and answered whatever questions that we had. We very much appreciated that she took time from her busy day to show us around and answer our questions especially since we showed up without prior notice. We very much hope that our mom will become a member of this wonderful community.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Care and Compassion – Highly Recommend! My mom recently stayed at Carnegie Post Acute Care at Princeton for rehabilitation, and I cannot say enough good things about this facility. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed by the warm, professional staff who truly treat every resident like family. The care team was attentive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to support her recovery. The physical and occupational therapists were fantastic — they created a personalized plan that helped her make steady, meaningful progress every single day. The nurses and aides were always responsive, kind, and respectful, which gave us tremendous peace of mind. The facility itself is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained with a peaceful, comforting environment that feels more like a welcoming home than a medical center. The food was surprisingly good, and the activities and common areas helped keep her spirits high. We are so grateful for the excellent care my mom received here. Carnegie Post Acute Care at Princeton exceeded our expectations in every way. If your loved one needs short-term rehab or long-term care, this is the place to choose. Thank you to the entire team for your dedication and compassion! 🙏

Amazing facility very clean, and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful!
I dropped my mother off there this past Friday. She has now been there for 4 days. Today was the 1st day they have done any kind of therapy for her. This past Sunday I went to visit my mother I was told that she was not even registered on the list and I physically dropped her off there myself on Friday. On another note she has declined and in more pain then she was when she got there. Then she is only allowed to shower 2 times a week there is 7 days in a week that is unsanitary and nasty not to be able to shower. Then I received a call yesterday from the this place we set up a time for the nurse to go to my mother's room so that we can discuss what's going on with her. I took a late lunch so that I can be ready for this phone call.. I received no call nothing. I will be there to REMOVE her from this place.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR ANYONE

Our family was very pleased with the care that Dad received from Carnegie Post Acute Rehab in Princeton. He was on the first floor and the staff was friendly, helpful and compassionate. They provided excellent rehab therapy while he was recovering from a fractured hip and a fractured wrist. We would wholeheartedly recommend this facility.

I'm still in this rehabilitation center and nothing has changed. I'm still being mistreated and harassed by all three shifts of nurses and residents. I'm going to do everything I can to be released soon. Also on a footnote, I am currently bed bound and can't walk to the bathroom and can't get anyone to wash and change me. Update, I can't believe that this place is getting worser and worser. I'm still being harassed and no one cares. Well now I've filed a complaint with the state of New Jersey and see what happens. My only takeaway is that if you love your family, go somewhere else. Especially if you need to drink water. I've been asking since 3pm and can't even get a drink. I'm signing myself out of here but I'm going to consult a lawyer.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I toured this facility while searching for a rehab center for my mother. Out of the about four about of eight places I planned to visit that week this one stood out so much that it became my last stop. The counselor Ellen was very professional and informative, the facility was very clean, and the staff were welcoming. I would highly recommend this center to anyone looking for care for their loved one. My mom been there for about 3 weeks she said it’s the best rehab center she’s been to so far and she’s been the what was considered the best in New Jersey,

My mother was a resident on the 2nd floor for the past two years. She passed away on November 22, 2025. We would like to extend heartfelt gratitude to nursing supervisor, Dana, the entire nursing staff, my mother's aides, activities staff, music therapy staff, pt and ot staff and the onsite administrator for the care you provided. My mother's physical and emotional needs were met by this staff committed to the delivery of high quality, competent and compassionate care. We thank you too for the sense of community you provide to the residents on the 2nd floor. It was a comfort to us and to my mother having had her in your care. Barbara Urban
